Professor Jacob Rosenberg:

Jacob Rosenberg received his MD from University of Copenhagen in 1991, and his D.Sc., also from University of Copenhagen, in 1994. In 2003 he was appointed full professor of surgery (University of Copenhagen, Gentofte Hospital, department of surgery). He has published approximately 250 scientific papers and book chapters, mainly in the areas of surgical pathophysiology, e.g. minimal invasive surgery, postoperative cardiopulmonary complications, postoperative hypoxaemia and pain treatment. He has given numerous presentations in Europe, USA and Japan, both at congresses/symposia and as visiting professor at university surgical and anesthesiological departments. He is currently scientific tutor for 2 dissertation projects (D.Sc.) and 6 Ph.D.-project, and has previously been the official opponent at 3 Ph.D.’s and 1 dissertation. During the years 1997-2006 he received 8 honorary research prizes. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Professor Mogens H. Claesson

Mogens H. Claesson received the degrees of M.D. and DMSc in 1966 and 1977 respectively, both from the University of Copenhagen. He is an expert in cellular and functional immunology and has to date published around 200 peers reviewed research papers, as well as scientific reviews and book chapters on these subjects. He has previously held positions at the Department of Medical Anatomy, The University of Copenhagen as an associated professor, and held post doc fellowships in Melbourne, Toronto and Berkeley. Today he is a full professor in immunology at the Medical Faculty, University of Copenhagen. He has been the official opponent at numerous Doctoral and Ph.D. theses. His research is focused on experimental and clinical studies in tumor immunology and inflammatory diseases. He is today the leader of a group of pre and post graduate research fellows and supervises medical students working within narrowly defined research areas.

Kaare Fiala

Mr. Fiala received his Master degree in Pharmacy M.Sc. (Pharm.) from the Pharmaceutical University of Copenhagen in 1974. Further he holds a graduate diploma in financing (2004) and a graduate diploma in management (1990) from the Copenhagen Business School. He began his professional carrier in sales at Astra-group A/S, where he had various positions in sales and marketing before he in 1985 was appointed Marketing Development Director and Member of the Executive Management Team. He left Astra for a position as Marketing Director in Novo Nordisk Pharmaka Denmark before he became Head of International Product Management at H. Lundbeck. His carrier in Business Development was initiated during his 7 years in Japan where he was Business Development Director at Astra Japan. After leaving Astra and Japan in 2000 he became responsible for licensing affairs (Business Development) at Zealand Pharma A/S. Presently his is CEO of Pharmaorigin ApS and Drugrecure ApS, two start-up pharmaceutical development companies.

Dina R. Asmussen

Ms. Dina R. Asmussen is DanDrit Biotech’s former chief executive officer. She holds a Master Sc. Economics from Copenhagen Business School. She has many years of experience working with investments in biotech companies and running a biotech fund for Danske Bank.

Ulrik Finnemann

Ulrik Finnemann has been chief executive at Hotel Marienlyst & Casino in North Zealand during 10 years. He has a background from the financial sector.
